If you are looking for a workshop experience that will take you (or your group/team) out of your heads and into your hearts, you have come to the right place. I have been running workshops over a period of years in the public business, and conference domain and I am always amazed at how much everyone in the group including myself get out of them.

With every workshop there is a theme, and the theme will be designed based on the needs of the whole group, team or organisation. I can work with 6 – 20 in the group. I am both commissioned in to run a workshop, and occasionally I offer a workshop to anyone who wants to attend.

Deep Enquiry

A Deep Enquiry facilitated workshop will allow you and others in the group to work with the essential questions that you have yet to ask (related to the theme). This could be personal questions, or questions that are important to the group, the team, the organisation and even the environment.

The value of working in a group is that people have the chance to experience the energy, contributions and wisdom that gets generated by using sound and movement. This really is a place where extraordinary things can happen.

Details: Workshops can last from 3 hours to a full day, dependant what will benefit the group most. This we can design together after we have had a further conversation.

Vision Quest

A Vision Quest workshop is leader led and a place where you and others in the group will have the chance to visit places that you rarely have the time to go. Beginning with a simple visualization, this is an opportunity for everyone to step out of their comfort zone, and step into a place of not knowing and discomfort. This is a courageous place to be but a place where new visions and possibilities for the future can be found.

Details: This session can last from half a day to a full day, or be spread over two days. This we can design together after we have had a further conversation.

Celebration

We so under value the art and need of celebration in our busy lives. Sound and movement has the capacity to bring celebration alive in a workshop setting. If you are in need of celebrating or joining in a ritual of appreciation this session is definitely for you.

Details: This session can last from 30 minutes to 2 hours, or half a day to a full day, dependant on how big you want the celebration to be.  This we can design together after we have had a further conversation.

Taster Session: Because celebration is so important there are times when I will offer free taster sessions for an hour – when I know they will be of real value.
