Moving Sound Education

With a commitment to working in educational settings, Moving Sound uses
musical instruments from around the world to create spontaneous music and dance pieces. This creative work sets out to increase cultural and social awareness and contributes to student’s emotional intelligence through encouraging improvisation, reflection and discussion.

Using one or two of these created pieces a performance or presentation can be
offered to the whole school by the students or the artist involved. The artist can also complement this with a themed talk at any stage. Together or separately this can be part of a one-day or two-day project.
